GYMNASTICS

 Recommended attire for Gymnastics is t-shirt and shorts or athletic pants, or a leotard with or without shorts.   Long hair should be pulled back, without hard clips or headbands.

For Safety Reasons:

Please long hair tied back and no  shoes. We discourage jewelry, hooded sweatshirts, jeans or street pants, belts, zippers, and baggy clothing. Leotards are available for purchase in our Boutique!

DRAGON WARRIOR

Dragon Warrior requires  Dragon Warrior T-shirt .  We recommend black shorts or black athletic pants and bare feet. The cost of a T-Shirt is $20.00 +tax.

THUNDER CHEER

Thunder Cheer requires a uniform of a T-shirt and bow.  We recommend black shorts or black athletic pants and clean, white, indoor running shoes. The cost of a uniform is $23.00 +tax.

PARENTS PARTICIPATING

If you will be participating in the gym either as a caregiver for your child or in an adult based program, or if you have been invited to come into the gym for a performance, we ask that you:

- wear something comfortable and conservative.  No graphic or profane shirts.  

- bare feet or non-slip socks

- remove any jewelry that could cause an injury or damage to the equipment.
