A focused skill-development clinic designed to teach and refine the foundational acrobatic movements of cartwheels and handstands. This clinic emphasizes body awareness, strength, balance, coordination, and technique through targeted drills, progressions, and fun challenges. It is ideal for gymnasts, dancers, cheerleaders, or active kids looking to improve their inversion skills in a safe and supportive environment.
Cost is $45 PLUS HST for the 1.5 hour clinic (Full payment due upon registration)
No refunds will be issued after payment due date
Ages 6+
90 minute Clinic 1:00pm-2:30pm, arrive 5 minutes early.
Medications: Please advise our office prior to clinic about any medications your child will need to take. We will require written instructions on use.
EPI pens: We do not provide nor have epi pens on site.
What to bring:
Water bottle (we have a filtered water filling station)
Gym suit or shorts and t-shirt (track pants are fine too!)
